Vegetable Oats Biryani

INGREDIENTS ( 2 servings)


  • Oats - 200 Gms

  • Water- 400 ml

  • Onion - 1 no. big size

  • Tomato - 1 no. medium size

  • Carrot - ½ cup

  • Beans - ½ cup

  • Biryani masala - 1 spoon

  • Garam masala - ½ spoon

  • Turmeric - ½ spoon

  • 0il - 2 spoon

  • Mustard - as required

  • Curry leaves and coriander - 3 to 4 leaves

  • Salt - as required





Method:


  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, curry leaves, and chili to it and saute for 1 minute.

  • Now add onion, tomato, cut vegetables saute well and add the above-listed masalas.

  • Add 300 ml of water and mix well.

  • Cover and cook until the vegetables are cooked.

  • Finally, add oats and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Garnish hot and tasty biryani with coriander and serve it.
