INGREDIENTS ( 2 servings)
Oats - 200 Gms
Water- 400 ml
Onion - 1 no. big size
Tomato - 1 no. medium size
Carrot - ½ cup
Beans - ½ cup
Biryani masala - 1 spoon
Garam masala - ½ spoon
Turmeric - ½ spoon
0il - 2 spoon
Mustard - as required
Curry leaves and coriander - 3 to 4 leaves
Salt - as required
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, curry leaves, and chili to it and saute for 1 minute.
Now add onion, tomato, cut vegetables saute well and add the above-listed masalas.
Add 300 ml of water and mix well.
Cover and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
Finally, add oats and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish hot and tasty biryani with coriander and serve it.
